Return and Exchange Conditions

You have the right to inspect the product and may return or exchange it at the time of delivery in the following cases:

• The product does not match the type or model in the order placed, or it does not match the information shown on the website at the time of ordering.
• The quantity delivered is incorrect.
• The product has technical defects from NTH Official.

You need to notify us and send evidence (photos/videos) via message to our fan page to complete the return or exchange process.

Please note that to be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

• Be in its original condition when received, with all tags and labels intact.
• Not have been used, washed, dirty, or damaged (snagged, scratched, worn out) due to use.
• Be free of any odors.

Return and Exchange Timeframe and Location

• Notification of return/exchange: within 5 days of receiving the product.
• Return shipping: within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Return location: Customers can bring the product directly or send it via post to the following address: 44/8D Phuoc Long B Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City.
